Mondus solves the deposit gap with shared equity – we finance the deposit upfront (up to 25% of the property value), and help the customer secure the remainder of the loan with our banking partners at a competitive rate. The customer only needs to provide 2.2% contribution upfront. In exchange, we profit-share on the capital gain.
We’ve had very strong traction, including a pre-commitment for a $100M wholesale debt facility with a major digital bank, an oversubscribed customer waiting list of 150+ and early pilot.
